Hello fellow Oracle Developers/Consultants and DBAs. Welcome to RishOraDev’s Oracle Blogs.

Through my blog posts, I will cover some of the topics in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, OIC, AI, etc, that I have learnt over the years( and still learning), so that it can help other fellow developers.

As an introduction, I’m Rishin Mitra. I have around 14 years of industry experience of leading and supporting the development and timely delivery of large-scale projects across products and services. I currently work as the Oracle Capability Lead at Legal & General. Prior to joining L&G, I worked as Principal Oracle Technical Consultant at Version 1. 

I am an Oracle ACE, a program where Oracle recognizes, rewards, and promotes technical experts and community leaders for their amazing contributions to the Oracle community. I’m passionate about knowledge sharing through blogs. I have presented in multiple conferences across the globe. I was adjudged as the “Best Tech New Speaker of the Year” at the UK Oracle User Group Community Awards 2023, for my presentation on “Oracle SQL Performance Tuning”.
