RishOraDev's Oracle Blogs

Hello fellow Oracle Developers/Consultants and DBAs. Welcome to RishOraDev’s Oracle Blogs.

Through this blog, I share my experiences, technical insights, lessons learned and perspectives from working across enterprise technology, Oracle, architecture, and large-scale project delivery.

I’ll be writing about topics across Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, OIC, AI and other areas I’ve explored throughout my career-and continue to learn about. My aim is to share practical knowledge and lessons from my experience that may be useful to fellow developers and technology professionals.

As an introduction, I’m Rishin Mitra. II have around 15 years of industry experience leading and supporting the development and timely delivery of large-scale technology projects across a range of products and services.

I currently work as an Oracle Technical Architect at Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), UK&I, where I focus on technology architecture, solution design, and delivering robust and scalable solutions. Prior to joining TCS, I worked at Legal & General as an Oracle Capability Lead and at Version 1 as a Principal Oracle Technical Consultant.

I am an Oracle ACE, part of a programme through which Oracle recognises, rewards, and promotes technical experts and community leaders for their contributions to the Oracle community.

I’m passionate about knowledge sharing and regularly share my experiences and technical insights through my blog. I have also had the opportunity to present at conferences and community events across the globe, connecting with fellow technology professionals and sharing practical knowledge.

In 2023, I was honoured to be named “Best Tech New Speaker of the Year” at the UK Oracle User Group Community Awards 2023, recognising my presentation on “Oracle SQL Performance Tuning.”
